DELIVERY

Proof of Delivery (POD) are available if requested. Mon Cheri Design uses Australia Post for all shipping. Customers are to provide a PO BOX address or secure home address for Mon Cheri Design to post your package to.

 

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

 

Contact information

  • Customers must supply Mon Cheri Design with a valid contact email address.
  • Mon Cheri Design accepts no liability arising out of failure to contact a customer, where the contact details were not supplied, were invalid or incorrect.

Delivery address

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm their delivery address is correct.
  • We request our customers to supply their correct delivery address via email correspondence to moncheridesignaustralia@gmail.com or via direct message on the Mon Cheri Design Instagram or Facebook messaging account after payment has been made by a customer via bank transfer or PayPal.
  • Failure of a customer providing their delivery information may consequence in incorrectly delivered goods, undelivered goods and additional redirect or redelivery fees.
  • Mon Cheri Design will not respond to incorrectly delivered or undelivered goods, where the customer made no reasonable attempt to correct the address within a reasonable period of time and/or the Mon Cheri Design has acted reasonably when posting the goods.
  • When the product has been posted in accordance with your delivery instructions, the product is now the responsibility of the customer.

Pricing and Transactions

  • All products’ price in this website are exclusive of GST.
  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
  • Product prices are exclusive of shipping / postage fees.
  • In the event a customer is entitled to a refund, the refund will be made to the original credit card or bank account.
  • We do accept payment by Visa, Master Card, or the bank account to which the product purchase was made from.

Discounts

  • Discounts apply to our products only when Mon Cheri Design publishes a set promotion on social media and given promotional date timeframe. Discounts do not apply to delivery and postage fees.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with any other special offers, discount or gift vouchers.
  • Discounts may not be redeemed for cash or transferred.
  • Customers who are entitled to a discount and wish to redeem a discount must quote, enter or apply the valid discount code or screenshot of promotional marketing during their time of ordering. This can be supplied via making their order via email or via Facebook or Instagram messaging.
  • Discounts will not be applied to an order after payment has been taken.
  • These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with any terms and conditions, written on or associated with, 'the discount'.
  • Only one promotion code may be used per order.

Fraud

Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of Mon Cheri Design website will be subject to civil and criminal sanctions and prosecution. Mon Cheri Design does not guarantee that it will be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of its websites, nor that it will give notice of any illegal or inappropriate use of its websites. Please note it is illegal to place orders under a false name, with a fraudulently obtained credit card or without the consent of the cardholder.
