Mon Cheri Design - Refunds and Returns
In general, Mon Cheri Design will provide a refund within 5 business days to your nominated bank account if we have not dispatched your product and you request a refund prior to dispatchment and you have provided proof of purchase.
Alternatively, we will gladly resend a new product to you if you receive our lashes and if it is faulty. We will send this replacement lash to you within 10 business days. Mon Cheri Design reserves the right to request a photo of the original product you have received from us if you are not entirely satisfied with the product. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are requesting a refund or replacement product.
- A cancellation of a product may be made before dispatch
- A cancellation request must be placed via email prior to dispatch, otherwise we cannot process or grant a refund.
- Orders that are already prepared, dispatched or in transit via Australia Post cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- If you do not wish to receive a refund, you may opt instead for a gift voucher for the full order value to be issued instead.
All refunds for orders placed via online via email, via our website or via our Facebook or Instagram account are credited back to your original credit card or the bank account to which you paid for your product via online bank transfer. Please supply your correct bank account details via email. We will process this within 10 business days.
